Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive

Department: Marketing & Sales

Location: Galaxy Mall Food Street Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad

Job Purpose:

To drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building brand awareness generating quality leads and converting prospects into loyal customers. This dual role position is ideal for professionals who thrive in both analytical and client facing environments.

Detailed Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and decision makers across sectors or regions
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, inbound inquiries, and events
  • Conduct client needs analysis and propose tailored solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize profitability and client satisfaction
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals quotations and presentations
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Follow up post sale to ensure service delivery and explore upselling opportunities

Marketing:

  • Plan, develop, and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote brand and product awareness
  • Collaborate with product design and content teams to launch campaigns
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing efforts (social media, email, SEO, paid ads, etc.)
  • Analyze customer demographics preferences and behaviors to refine targetin
  • Develop marketing calendars coordinate promotions, and align campaigns with sales goals
  • Manage brand assets and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Maintain the website ensuring it is updated optimized, and SEO-friendly

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (Master's is a plus)
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Canva)
  • Data driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on analytics
  • Confidence in public speaking and presenting
