Sky marketing is looking for a performance driven Digital Marketer to manage and execute Google Ads campaigns specifically tailored for real estate lead generation. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive project sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute targeted Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) for real estate projects.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to ensure high-quality traffic and lead conversion.
  • Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs tailored to real estate buyers and investors.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, bid strategies, and daily monitoring.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics conversion rate, cost per lead using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the sales and design teams to align messaging and visuals for better ad performance
  • Stay updated on Google Ads policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends in real estate marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Google Ads campaign management, especially in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, landing page optimization, and performance marketing.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Ability to generate measurable results within set budgets and timelines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
