Job Title: Junior Tele Sales Representative

Location: Bazing, Johar Town, Lahore

Timings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Junior Tele Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Present products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Generate leads, follow up, and convert calls into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (sales experience will be a plus).
  • Ability to work in evening shifts (3 PM – 11 PM).
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
