
Client & Supplier Coordinator (UK-Based)

About the Role:
We are looking for a mid-level coordinator to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will work closely with our UK-based manager, Julie, and act as a key point of contact between clients and suppliers across the UK in the Facilities Management industry.
This is not a remote or field-based job – it is an office-based coordination role, where strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for UK clients and suppliers.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and day-to-day coordination with professionalism.
- Support Julie (UK-based manager) with supplier management and client servicing & boxing up things as per the advised of the team.
- Maintain records of supplier contracts, client requirements, and project updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – must be confident in liaising with UK clients.
- Prior experience in coordination, client servicing, or customer relations will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
