Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores for diverse brands.

  • Build and optimize custom themes and plugins adhering to modern development standards.

  • Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and security across all devices.

  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, shipping modules, and marketing tools.

  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver pixel-perfect digital experiences.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Stay updated with emerging WordPress trends, new technologies, and best practices.

  • Contribute ideas and solutions proactively to enhance workflows and project outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress & WooCommerce.

  • Strong command of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

  • Proven experience in custom theme and plugin development.

  • Familiarity with major page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, ACF).

  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, AJAX, JSON, and website architecture.

  • Knowledge of SEO principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced eCommerce environment.
