Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and engineer Building Management Systems (BMS) based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Develop control algorithms and logic for HVAC, lighting, security, and other building systems.
  • Select appropriate sensors, actuators, and other components to meet system requirements
  • Create detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for BMS systems.
  • Generate wiring diagrams, control schematics, and equipment schedules.
  • Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BMS seamlessly into building designs.
  • Ensure that BMS systems comply with relevant industry standards, building codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with minimum 3 Years relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in BMS software and programming languages (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, Niagara Framework, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building automation protocols.
  • Familiarity with latest brand / technology.
  • Experience with CAD software for creating technical drawings and schematics.
  • Relationship with Clients, Contractors & Consultants.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
