SEO Expert

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and strategic SEO Expert with 4–5 years of professional experience in improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing on-page and off-page SEO. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, updated with the latest SEO algorithms, and capable of delivering consistent growth in search rankings.

What will be your responsibilities?

SEO Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, clustering, and mapping based on the target audience and search intent.
• Plan quarterly roadmaps focused on ranking improvements, traffic growth, and conversion optimization.

On-Page Optimization

• Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, URL architecture, internal linking, and schema markup.
• Improve content readability, keyword placement, and user experience.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve site performance.
• Optimize landing pages for keyword rankings and conversions.

Technical SEO

• Run regular site audits using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, page speed, Core Web Vitals, redirects, broken links, and sitemaps.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices in new builds and updates.

Content Strategy & Optimization

• Work with Growth Experts to develop SEO-friendly content based on keyword clusters.
• Optimize service pages, product descriptions, and long-form content.
• Analyze content gaps and provide recommendations for new content opportunities.

Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

• Execute link-building strategies including guest posting, outreach, digital PR, and partnerships.
• Monitor backlink profile, toxicity, and domain authority.
• Ensure clean and organic link-acquisition practices.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track rankings, traffic, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Build detailed weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
• Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve organic KPIs.
  

What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a relevant field.
• 4–5 years of SEO experience with proven ranking success.
• Strong expertise in using SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog.
• Hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred).
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or custom systems.
• Knowledge of local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and map ranking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
