Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sr Software Sales Executive to join our team for the Day shift. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 + years of experience in sales within a software house environment and possess strong English communication skills. As a Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals to help drive the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach and generate leads for software sales through various channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions effectively to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through active client engagement and follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Record and manage sales activities in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 year of sales experience in a software house.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work night shifts.
  • Experience in international sales or working with clients from different regions.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and terminologies.
