About the Role:

Devinity Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about business development, client communication, and working in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities and partnerships
  • Assist in lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and other relevant channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical input for proposals
  • Engage with prospects and respond to initial inquiries professionally
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with leads
  • Participate in online bidding and outreach for IT projects and services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms and professional networking tools
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working night shifts
