As a US Firm Partner, our Company as CAA, is offering IRS (Federal Tax Department) Accepting Agent Services, IRS Tax Preparer, IRS Tax matters, OIC, Penalty problems, and Tax Consultancy Services to our valued clients since many years.  Our ITIN Number, EIN Number, Business Tax (Payroll tax, Sales Tax, Income Tax or Withholding Tax) services are highly recommended by our customers across the globe.

Role Description

This full-time on-site role is located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service and experience. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Inquiries
  • Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing Customer Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the financial or consultancy industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Need Good computer Skills
