Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Sales Representative who will be responsible for selling software products to businesses across Pakistan via outbound calls and direct engagement.

The ideal candidate is target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Dunesync's software solutions to businesses nationwide.
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and close sales.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate software solutions.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations (telephonic/virtual).
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated with product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (Urdu & English).
  • Confidence, motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or software sales will be a plus.
