JOB FUNCTIONS

  • · Managing Roll Out and Operations of DWDM ASON and SDH Equipment and SLA Assurance.
  • · Provide technical support for Network faults and rectification of Optical Fiber Network with Fiber Vendor.
  • · Good Knowledge of Optical Link budgeting and operating expertise of relevant tools.
  • · Ensure Bi-Monthly site PMs of designated sites.
  • · Managing 24x7 onsite support for any unforeseen hardware failure/Malfunctioning of Node Equipment.
  • · Fiber Splicing, Fiber laying, HOTO and maintenance of systems.
  • · Manage Network Configurations, troubleshooting, link budgeting and optimization.
  • · Understanding of OSP Networks and ISP deployment standards.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • · Good Communication and Analytical skills.
  • · Handle Workload efficiently and work independently as well as in team.
  • · Strong Knowledge of Optical Fiber Cable Systems and Equipment Product Line.
  • · Network Configuration Experience would be a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • · Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Computer, or Electronics Engineering.
  • · Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in telecom operations, fiber, or related domains.
  • Hands on Experience electrical & optical cables and knows associated installation standards and best practices
