Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Associate in our Islamabad office, scheduled for the night shift. The HR Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Daily tasks will include employee onboarding, training & development programs, and maintaining employee records. The HR Associate will also handle employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management processes.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources skills
  • Experience in Training & Development programs
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle night shift responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
