The Associate Vice President, Human Resources (AVPHR) will develop, design and implement forward-thinking and sustainably competitive human resources programs, policies and procedures in the areas of Talent Development, HR Planning and Analytics, Performance Management and Employee Relations enabling business strategy, driving employee engagement and delivering business outcomes and performance. The AVPHR will provide strategic leadership and will be passionate about bringing structure and scale to solve complex growth challenges in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities
- Provides management, oversight, support, and/or execution of day-to-day HR operations to include talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, compensation, HRIS and compliance. Ensure that all aspects of the HR team and functions are operating seamlessly and at a pace that meets the organizational demand.
- Partners with managers across the organization and provides effective support, coaching, and guidance around employee relation issues.
- Serve as a change agent and influencer to foster and provide strategic thought leadership to develop and successfully implement practices and programs which impact the company.
- Lead strategic initiatives and act as a role model to demonstrate the company's core values and leadership expectations while interfacing with executive leaders of the organization.
- Talent Development: Lead the development, implementation, and communication of talent development strategy to attract, engage and retain talent by offering innovative and performance enhancement programs including developing and maintaining an effective strategy to have a ready pool of viable candidate for business-critical positions at all times.
- HR Planning and Analytics: Set strategies to increase HR data literacy through education. Consult HR leadership by leveraging and relying on data to draw insights and create value through fact-based decision making and deliver data-driven actionable solutions. Lead efforts and set strategies to maximize the ROI on human capital investments.
- Responsible for developing a human-centric approach to employee relations by fostering a positive, equitable and ethical workplace environment. Provide expert level consultation, guidance and support to management and leadership in all matters related to employee relations.
- Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they are fully engaged, feel valued, and are successful in delivering on their personal and business goals, and act as the steward of their career journey.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business administration. Master's degree, a plus.
· A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least five years of senior level HR experience and at least 5 years of international HR experience.
· Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred.

- Full understanding of the principles, concepts, and theories in Talent Development to drive business performance.
- Demonstrated track record as an effective leader within a matrix organization
- Strategic influencing skills with the ability to relate to a wide variety of people with different agendas and needs to ensure effective communications with key internal stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
· Resilience and ability to project and maintain a sense of calm in challenging/difficult situations where resistance to change may be evident.
- Strong business acumen and analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Adept in leveraging human capital data and able to connect data, draw insights and deliver value.
- Proven ability to inspire, lead, engage, and motivate people at all levels of the organization.
- Proven consultative and collaborative style.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
