Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, data management, and record-keeping. Responsibilities include conducting employee onboarding, handling personnel files, supporting training sessions, and coordinating staff engagement initiatives. The intern will also help with drafting policies, reporting, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and organizational values.

Qualifications

  • Foundational understanding of Human Resources concepts such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and policy drafting
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in using basic office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Time-management skills and attention to detail in maintaining records and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while taking initiative
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in nonprofit or HR-related fields is a plus
  • Passion for social work and commitment to empowering marginalized communities
