We're looking for a motivated
Junior SQA Engineer
with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in software quality assurance. You'll be responsible for executing manual test cases, assisting in test automation, and helping ensure our applications deliver a smooth and reliable experience for end users. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow within a collaborative QA team while contributing to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual test cases and document results.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Perform functional, regression, and basic performance testing under guidance.
  • Log, track, and re-test bugs in collaboration with developers.
  • Contribute to QA documentation, including test cases and test reports.
  • Participate in QA reviews and team discussions to improve processes.
  • Learn and apply QA best practices, expanding skills in automation and performance testing.

Requirements:

  • 6 months – 1 year of hands-on software QA experience (internship or job).
  • Familiarity with manual testing practices and basic automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
  • Basic knowledge of defect management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, or similar).
  • Willingness to learn automation, performance, and API testing.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Java) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a bonus.
