We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM), which is an entry-level position in Product Management within the Tech industry, an APM should be passionate to solve problems with bright ideas.

The ideal candidate should have skills in research, communication, data organization & analysis.

This is a valuable opportunity for those who want to advance their career in Software Product Management as the candidate will be involved in brainstorming sessions, product roadmap planning, backlog preparation/management, market research, prioritization of tasks & consistent coordination with the development team.

What you would mainly be doing:

• Product Knowledge: Continually understand, learn, and improve knowledge about the company's products, services & industry trends.
• Understand the product's existing / upcoming features & functionality in depth and be confident about all areas of the product.
• Roadmap/Backlog Management: Continuously groom the product roadmap & use the prioritized roadmap to plan monthly releases for the software development team.
• Converting abstract roadmap items into user stories & tasks by elaborating the implementation steps.
• Give high importance to user experience & user-interface design while planning product features & evaluating the team's deliverables.
• Involve in product roadmap planning with the Seniors/Product Managers and head of the Product Team.
• Planning daily/weekly task assignments for departments/teams involved in product development.
• Meetings and Demos: Set and attend meetings and product demos, both online and in-person, as required by the sales team as pre-sales assistance.
• Documentation Management: Manage, drafting necessary documentation, flows, user stories, and wireframes as per planned functionalities or as per software development documentation.
• Market/Product Research: Propose product features as per client requirements, industry trends & market competition.
• Perform research & effective SWOT analysis of the product and its features and make a substantial contribution to the roadmap/backlog.
• Availability: Stay available on phone calls and emails for the maximum time, even during off days, to ensure customer queries or issues are addressed promptly as reported by sub-departments ie Sales/Support etc.

• Experience: Fresh or Experienced.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive Approach: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a dedication to continuous improvement.
• Tech-Savvy: High level of computer literacy and comfort with technology.

This is a full-time permanent contract-bound office-based Job & the starting salary would be 45K-75K as per professional experience, the location of the job is at VT ISB Office.
