Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
  • Oversee and prioritize development tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Track team members' activities and productivity using Time Doctor software, ensuring efficient utilization of time and resources.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and align team efforts.
  • Facilitate sprint planning sessions and retrospective meetings to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date and comprehensive documentation for products and projects.
  • Handle non-technical aspects of project management, ensuring smooth execution of operations.
  • Collaborate with the HR department for resource planning, hiring needs, and team-building activities.
  • Work closely with other team leads to ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or relevant field from a reputed university.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Strong written communication skills; no compromise on clarity and professionalism.
  • Hands-on experience in Scrum methodologies.
  • Previous experience as a Tech PM or QA professional is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
