Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance Executive
to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for managing invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting related to our business segments. If you have a strong accounting background and a knack for accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and record invoicing, receipts and reconcilation across multiple business segments.
  • Prepare
    monthly advances
    from suppliers and ensure timely documentation.
  • Perform
    monthly trade sales reconciliations
    , including cost analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct regular
    balance reconciliations
    and resolve discrepancies.

  • Cross function business partnering for operation efficiency.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, invoicing, or reconciliation roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with Oracle & SAP B-1 platform is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and time management skills.
