Finance Executive – Payables

Trifit Limited – Head Office (DHA Phase 8, Karachi)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and timely processing for payment & payroll.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor statements, reconciliations, and payment schedules.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and queries.
  • Prepare and maintain records of all financial transactions in the ERP system.
  • Assist in month-end closing, reporting, and audits related to payables.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
