Position: Account Manager

Location: Qatar

Salary: Starting from 4,000 AED

Job Overview

The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. The role involves managing accounts, addressing client needs, and helping them achieve their objectives by leveraging the company's products or services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main liaison between the company and clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Understand client needs and objectives
  • Provide timely, effective solutions aligned with client goals

Account Growth and Retention

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Work with the sales team to expand the client base
  • Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Explore new sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets

Project Management

  • Oversee client projects to ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support)

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare account status and progress reports
  • Analyze client data for trends and improvements
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and management

Customer Support

  • Address client issues promptly
  • Provide product/service training and guidance
  • Stay updated on industry trends to offer relevant solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in AIDC as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
