As a specialist in Renewable Energy Call Centers, we recruit beginner-level customer service representatives to provide excellent customer service to our clients. No prior experience is necessary for this role. If you have a good command of the French language and are eager to learn, we will provide the necessary training.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant at our call center located in Karachi Division. The Assistant will be responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis. Additionally, the Assistant will be expected to follow up on customer interactions and maintain accurate records of conversations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in French
  • Customer service-oriented approach and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new information quickly
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent education level
