Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi Division for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating project activities, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope. This includes communicating with stakeholders, preparing project documentation, monitoring project progress, and assisting in the planning and execution of projects. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

-Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.

-Organize and attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

-Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

-Identify and resolve issues that may affect project timelines or deliverables.

-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

-Support risk management and change control processes.

-Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

-Must have 2-4 Years experience in Delivering I.T infrastructure Projects.
