Front Desk Officer

- 2 years experience in a customer service, hospitality, or front office role is preferred.

- Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and front desk software (e.g., booking systems, phone systems).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints or requests in a calm and professional manner.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all information, such as bookings or guest details, is accurately recorded.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of building rapport with guests
