We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Rawalpindi office full-time. This role is ideal for a female candidate who enjoys managing front-desk operations, interacting with people, and supporting the administrative team.

Role Overview

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff at Unity Films. You will manage phone calls, emails, and office inquiries, while maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as required.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, office supplies management).
  • Communicate messages clearly to relevant team members.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Maximum education: Intermediate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet usage).
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Rawalpindi.
  • Organized, reliable, and punctual.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role is a plus.
