Role Overview:

Seeking a developer with strong frontend fundamentals and practical backend knowledge to build, ship, and maintain production-grade web applications. The role is onsite (5 days/week) with performance incentives for delivering complete project milestones on or before deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive, accessible UI with , Hooks, Context, and modern state management.

  • Implement reusable component libraries, design systems, and performance optimizations (code-splitting, memoization).

  • Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, handle auth flows, and manage client-side caching.

  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA to scope features, estimate tasks, and ship on time.

  • Contribute to backend tasks as needed (API endpoints, webhooks, data models) to unblock delivery.

  • Write clean, tested code with TypeScript and follow CI/CD and Git workflows.

  • Document decisions, patterns, and edge cases for maintainability.

Required Skills:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with a strong portfolio of shipped features or products.

  • Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript, modern React patterns, and state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query).

  • Strong HTML5/CSS3, TailwindCSS or CSS-in-JS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

  • API integration experience, JWT/OAuth flows, and error/edge-state handling.

  • Practical backend knowledge: or NestJS, building basic REST endpoints, and working with PostgreSQL/MongoDB.

  • Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and basic CI (GitHub Actions or similar).

Nice to Have:

  • (App Router), SSR/SSG, and ISR for performance and SEO.

  • Testing with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress.

  • Experience with queues/webhooks, background jobs, and integration with third-party APIs.

  • Familiarity with AI/automation stacks (N8N, Retell/VAPI, Supabase, Notion integrations) is a plus.
