We're looking for a motivated
Upwork Bidding Specialist
to join our growing digital agency. The ideal candidate will help us identify and bid on relevant projects, craft compelling proposals, and drive client conversions through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and shortlist suitable projects on Upwork (UI/UX and Web Development, WordPress, ReactJS etc.)
  • Write personalized and persuasive proposals based on project briefs
  • Maintain a tracker of bids, responses, and client interactions
  • Collaborate with our project manager/design team for technical input when needed
  • Manage communication with potential clients until handover to the core team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Upwork or similar platforms (preferred)
  • Strong English writing and comprehension skills
  • Understanding of IT services and digital solutions
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet daily/weekly targets
