About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive (Payroll) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee data management — preferably within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, provident fund, EOBI, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and related reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and maintain confidential employee records.
  • Support HR functions including benefits administration and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare organization.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, MS Excel, and statutory compliance.
  • Attention to detail with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
