An IT Services Company located Beside Nasla Tower (Late) SMCHS at Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, is looking for a Female HR Executive to join our team.

Position: HR Executive (Female Only)

Location: Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Society, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Timings: 9 to 6 Full-time, Office-based, Monday to Friday

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in HR roles (Experience in an IT company will be highly preferred)

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong expertise in candidate searching, scrutiny, interviewing and negotiating.

Solid knowledge of HR policies, employee onboarding, and documentation

Experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance

Ability to handle employee grievances and engagement activities

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office

Knowledge of IT industry hiring trends and technical recruitment (Preferred)
