Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site
role based in
Karachi Division
.

The
Marketing Specialist
will manage and execute
end-to-end marketing initiatives
across digital, retail, and on-ground channels. This role requires both creativity and analytical precision — ensuring that every marketing activity drives measurable growth and enhances the Allure Beauty brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute
    media buying campaigns
    across
    Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads
    , and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Manage and track
    influencer collaborations
    , ensuring brand alignment and ROI.
  • Lead
    email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing
    initiatives to nurture and retain customers.
  • Develop and implement
    integrated marketing campaigns
    to drive traffic both
    online and to physical stores
    .
  • Coordinate
    in-store marketing
    activities including visuals, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Conduct
    market research
    and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the
    sales and retail teams
    to align promotions with business objectives.
  • Analyze
    campaign performance data
    , prepare regular reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, or related field
    .
  • Minimum
    2–4 years of experience
    in marketing, preferably in retail, beauty, or FMCG.
  • Proven experience in
    Facebook and Google Ads media buying
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    influencer and content marketing
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    email, SMS, and WhatsApp automation platforms
    .
  • Excellent
    analytical, communication, and organizational
    skills.
  • Ability to
    work collaboratively
    in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
