One of our group of companies, Shaadi Organization Pakistan is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager to lead our branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer service quality, hiring, training and managing staff, achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

  • North Nazimabad, Block D, Main 5 Star Roundabout, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch operations, staff, and activities
  • Coordinate with management to maintain quality standards
  • Manage client relationships
  • Achieve and monitor branch sales targets and performance metrics
  • Report directly to the Head Office with timely updates
  • Hiring, training, managing teams and getting sales targets achieved.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Business, Education, or Management)
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales, counseling, consultancy, insurance, marketing sectors
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Big social circle, strong networking and contacts.
