We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that offer seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in Dart.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver pixel-perfect user experiences.
  • Optimize application performance for speed and scalability across Android and iOS platforms.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party libraries and services.
  • Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews, sharing best practices, and providing technical guidance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in mobile development and Flutter.
  • Ensure the security, maintainability, and reliability of mobile applications.
  • Conduct testing (unit, integration, and performance) to ensure a high-quality product.
  • Handle version control and continuous integration using tools like Git, Jenkins, and Bitrise.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Flutter and Dart.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of State Management techniques (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, Redux).
  • Proficient in consuming REST APIs and handling third-party API integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications).
  • Experience with native development for Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Material Design principles and responsive UI development.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app release processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks for Flutter (e.g., Widget Testing, Integration Testing).
