Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in application architecture, design patterns, and Fintech solutions. You should be a problem solver, clean coder, and mentor, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of advanced mobile applications using Flutter.

Define and implement application architecture and apply design patterns.

Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI/UX.

Perform code reviews and enforce clean coding standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, backend, product).

Optimize application performance, ensure scalability, and handle complex debugging.

Guide junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Manage code efficiently using Git workflows.

Deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions for Fintech projects.

Requirements

4–5 years of professional experience in Flutter development.

Strong knowledge of clean architecture and design patterns (Bloc, Provider, MVVM, etc.).

Proven hands-on experience in Fintech applications (payments, wallets, banking, or similar).

Expertise in REST APIs, third-party integrations, and secure data handling.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring peers.

Proficiency with Git version control (branching, merging, PRs).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter apps.

Familiarity with Firebase, AWS, or

Knowledge of unit, widget, and integration testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200, Rs250,000.00 per month
