Job Overview

We are looking for an
experienced Project Manager
to lead and deliver software development projects from initiation to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, handling clients, and ensuring high-quality project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and manage multiple software development projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and prepare project documentation.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Manage client communication, expectations, and regular project updates.
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices and company processes.
  • Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).
  • Review deliverables, ensure quality standards, and oversee project deployment.
  • Resolve conflicts, track team performance, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a software house or IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Knowledge of basic technical concepts (frontend, backend, APIs, databases). .
