About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience to lead our dynamic team through various project implementations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Essential Functions

  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and control, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team Management: Manage a diverse team of consultants, developers, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration, motivation, and accountability to achieve project milestones.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success, including proactive issue resolution and escalation as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation process to ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to facilitate user adoption and ensure successful transition to new systems and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team and across the organization, leveraging lessons learned and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Describe the experience and attributes of the ideal candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of project management experience, with a track record of successful project implementations including full project lifecycle management and multiple go-live deployments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Experience working in a global delivery model, managing distributed teams across different time zones.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
