Currently we are looking for an experienced Social Media Business Strategist for our Lahore office.

About the Role:

This Social Media Marketing Expert will drive the company's growth and engagement, primarily on Instagram and TikTok. This role involves content execution, creative direction, platform management, and collaboration with the marketing team to ensure brand-aligned deliverables. In this role, you will be responsible for driving organic leads through various social media platforms. Your focus will be on increasing engagement, generating quality leads, and helping to convert those leads into potential customers. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package. On-camera participation is required for authentic brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Instagram-first content strategies per company SOPs, maintain posting frequency (1 post every 24-48 hours, with 1/3 as reels), launch "initiation" and "boost" campaigns, and adapt TikTok content to trends.
  • Review scripts and concepts, provide creative direction, generate trend-aligned content ideas, and collaborate with visual creators for high-quality posts, reels, videos and monthly Instagram Live sessions.
  • Drive organic growth through proactive, brand-aligned engagement on posts, comments, and stories, including TikTok replies and influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth), report to CEO, and optimize content formats and posting schedules.
  • Create and manage engaging content to attract and nurture leads.
  • Appear in short-form videos or behind-the-scenes content as needed.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Proven experience of at least 3-4 years of growing Instagram and TikTok accounts with strong knowledge of algorithms and short-form content strategies.
  • Creative skills in developing high-impact visuals and integrating trends while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Comfortable on-camera and skilled in reviewing scripts, captions, and creative briefs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
