About the role

Seeking a powerhouse all-in-one partner—social media manager + content creator + PR & communications lead—who can own strategy and execution across both a personal brand and multiple business brands.

What you'll do


• Build and run the social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok & X—personal + corporate.


• Plan content calendars, write scripts/captions/hooks, and produce short/long-form video, carousels, reels, and stories.


• Manage page/community, DMs, and comments; handle timely responses and escalation.


• Lead PR, influencer/KOL outreach, collaborations, and brand partnerships.


• Run paid campaigns (awareness, lead gen, retargeting); track performance and optimize.


• Create/maintain brand guidelines; ensure consistent visual identity and messaging.


• Monitor analytics and deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights and next steps.


• Coordinate shoots (photo/video), editing, and publishing workflows end-to-end.


• Support launches, events, and crisis communications when needed.

You'll thrive if you have


• 3–5+ years in social media, content, or PR (agency or in-house).


• Strong portfolio of multi-platform work (personal + business accounts).


• Hands-on skills: scripting, filming, editing (CapCut/Premiere), design (Canva/Figma), basic motion/thumbnailing.


• Paid ads know-how (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and analytics chops.


• Excellent English writing; Urdu proficiency a plus.


• Proactive, organized, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.

Nice to have


• Experience building founder/CEO personal brands.


• Basic SEO, email/newsletter, and landing-page funnels.


• Access to a small in-house team (design/video/copy) if applying as an agency
