Job Summary:
Provide day-to-day IT support for staff and systems at the medical center. Assist with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, and support ERP system users to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for computers, printers, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Support and troubleshoot ERP system usage (user accounts, data entry, reports).
- Coordinate with vendors or IT service providers for complex issues.
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (healthcare or business preferred).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
