Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record day-to-day financial transactions and assist in checking.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure timely invoice processing and follow-ups.
  • Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows).
  • Support audits by providing documents and liaising with auditors.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of taxation (Income Tax, Sales Tax, WHT, SECP compliance) and ability to prepare documents for tax audits and yearly compliance.

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate / MBA / ICMA / ACCA.
