About the job:

In this role, you will require a deep understanding of technology, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You'll collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define product roadmaps, align on requirements, and launch new products. This is a great opportunity for someone with great experience, to contribute to impactful product launches in a highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Product development and Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.
  • Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions.
  • Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.
  • 5 years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
  • Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana etc.
  • Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, javascript.
  • Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.
  • Experience leading AI and peer-to-peer (P2P) projects is a plus.
  • Hands-on development experience with JavaScript (e.g., frameworks like , React, or Angular) is a plus.
