
Senior IMC Planner

Job Overview:
The Senior IMC Planner will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and plans. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and analytical skills to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop IMC strategies and plans based on client objectives, market research, and competitive analysis across all channels (digital, traditional, PR, events, etc.) for a leading CPG brand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution across all channels.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct market and audience research to inform planning decisions.
- Prepare detailed campaign presentations and reports for internal and client meetings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media channels, and innovative marketing tactics.
- Support the Account Lead in managing client relationships and delivering value
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing communications planning or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record of successfully leading campaigns for mid to large-scale brands.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategies.
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing planning
