Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and stakeholders (tour operators, travel agents, airlines, hotels, associations, DMCs, and MICE organizers/planners).
• Negotiate commercial deals to secure ROI, achieve targets, and expand partnerships.
• Implement B2B commercial plans (roadshows, workshops, co-ops, fam trips) specifically targeting the leisure and MICE segments.
• Develop and promote sales programs to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with DMCs and tour operators to create tailored products for source markets.
• Monitor industry trends, conduct market research, and identify new opportunities and technologies.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive trade strategy aligned with overall tourism board goals, identifying key source markets and growth areas, including the MICE segment
• Establish and manage co-marketing agreements to boost B2B sales.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the trade team, setting performance goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Monitor and review partnerships, recommending changes as needed.
• Plan and execute roadshows, exhibitions, sales missions, workshops, and familiarization tours for trade partners.
• Prepare detailed reports on trade performance, market insights, and partnership effectiveness for senior management. Requirements and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in travel industry marketing and trade management, with specific experience in promoting tourism.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry and the dynamics of travel trade.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and trade programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial planning.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300, Rs350,000.00 per month
