Project Manager- Activations

Position Summary: Salary PKR100K/Month

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful brand ambassador program in different cities of Pakistan. To enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase brand loyalty. You will lead a team of brand ambassadors and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies and initiatives. Your role will involve planning, recruiting, training, and managing brand ambassadors to represent the company's brand in a positive and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive brand ambassador program strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.

2. Program Planning: Create detailed plans, timelines, and budgets for the brand ambassador program, considering the objectives, target markets, and available resources.

3. Team Management: Lead a team of brand ambassadors, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure their effective representation of the brand and achievement of program goals.

4. Recruitment and Selection: Develop recruitment strategies and processes to identify and select suitable brand ambassadors who align with the company's brand values and target audience.

5. Training and Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs to equip brand ambassadors with product knowledge, brand messaging, and communication skills necessary to effectively promote the brand.

6. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the performance of brand ambassadors and monitor their progress towards program objectives.

7. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with brand ambassadors, providing ongoing communication, feedback, and recognition to maintain their motivation and engagement.

8. Campaign Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand ambassador activities with marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and other initiatives to maximize brand exposure and customer reach.

9. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure brand ambassadors adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards, promoting a positive brand image and maintaining legal and regulatory compliance.

10. Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the brand ambassador program through data analysis, feedback, and performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for future program enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with specific experience in managing brand ambassador programs.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects within designated timelines and budgets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train, motivate, and manage a team of brand ambassadors.

• Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative brand ambassador program strategies and campaigns.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, target audience analysis, and brand positioning.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to build strong relationships with brand ambassadors, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies to leverage brand ambassador activities in the online space.
