Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales / Business Development Specialist, based in Lahore. The specialist will engage in daily sales efforts, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with potential and existing clients. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, managing customer interactions, and delivering product training to enhance customer satisfaction. The position also involves preparing sales presentations, achieving set targets, and collaborating with teams to drive revenue and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in Sales Management, including managing client relationships and creating business opportunities.
  • Skill in Training and coaching team members or customers on product offerings and solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in the retail or motorcycle industry.
