1. Operational Management
Supervise front office, concierge, and guest relations teams to ensure smooth operations.
Manage daily guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations in coordination with the front desk team.
Monitor occupancy levels, forecast room availability, and assist in optimizing room revenue.
Ensure all guest requests and complaints are handled promptly and courteously.
Oversee lobby and public area presentation to ensure a welcoming environment.
2. Guest Experience
Maintain The Fred Company's service standards and ensure all guests receive a personalized, memorable experience.
Handle VIP guests, special requests, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
Address guest feedback proactively and implement service improvements.
3. Team Leadership
Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver high-quality service and hospitality.
Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and security departments to ensure alignment across operations.
4. Administrative Responsibilities
Prepare daily reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and departmental performance.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and safety protocols.
Assist management in staff scheduling, shift planning, and resource allocation.
Support audits, documentation, and operational checklists to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3ā5 years of relevant experience in front office or duty management roles within hotels or hospitality establishments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead by example.
Hands-on experience with Opera Oracle Cloud PMS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
