Customer Support Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries across social media platforms, managing inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a customer-centric approach
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with customers when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support brand reputation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in customer service or call center role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and MS Office
- Male candidate preferred
Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs50, Rs55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
