Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive (Female) with excellent communication skills to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions. The candidate must be fluent in English, confident, and able to deliver professional support to international clients, particularly from the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to clients over calls.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Meet performance and quality standards set by the company.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage client interactions effectively.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
