We are looking for a Trainee / Junior Developer with hands-on experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) and a strong background in backend programming using Python or JavaScript. This role is ideal for candidates with around 6 months of experience who are eager to grow their technical expertise in automation, CRM customization, and API development.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior developers to build and optimize automations within GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Develop custom backend scripts and integrations using Python or JavaScript ).
  • Design and manage webhooks, RESTful APIs, and data flows between GHL and third-party systems.
  • Assist in CRM pipeline setup, automation triggers, and workflow configurations.
  • Work on dashboard reporting, data synchronization, and backend enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing automations, ensuring system reliability.
  • Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of internal tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience in backend development (Python or JavaScript).
  • Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems or marketing automation platforms.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a proactive learning attitude.
  • Availability during 6 PM – 2 AM PKT (communication hours).
  • Karachi-based candidates only (remote work setup).

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Power Automate.
  • Understanding of data flow automation and CRM logic.
  • Exposure to database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
