About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate UI/UX Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will assist in creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with senior designers, developers, and product managers to translate ideas into visually appealing and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with the product, development, and marketing teams to understand requirements and user needs
  • Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using industry-standard tools
  • Support in maintaining brand consistency across all digital products
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine and improve designs
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices
  • Prepare design assets for development handoff and ensure smooth collaboration with developers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of UI/UX design experience (internships or freelance work will be considered)
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
  • Strong attention to detail with good visual design sense
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
