We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Associate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design and user experience, eager to develop their skills and contribute to diverse digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design of user interfaces and experiences across various digital platforms, ensuring adherence to design best practices and project requirements.
  • Work closely with senior designers and other team members, contributing to the development and implementation of design concepts.
  • Participate in user research activities, including surveys, user interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights that inform design decisions.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Actively seek and respond to feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, including internships or relevant project work.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a foundational understanding of UI/UX principles and a keen design eye.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design and responsive design principles.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn and grow within a team.
  • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
